Fatal error while saving result to ISelectionSet (Java)

I am trying to generate output of QueryByLayer(pQryLayer) ---
when i save the result to ISelectionSet

ISelectionSet pSelectionset = new SelectionSet(pQryLayer.select());

Following error is displayed closing
