ESRIRegAsm.exe - No Desktop - Specified Product not installed

Hi,
I got an Windows 2008 R2 with ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcGIS for Server installations.
No I developed a dll that I want to register to both: the Server and the Desktop.
When I run

[path_to]ESRIRegAsm.exe [path_to]super.dll /p:Desktop

I got the message
[ATTACH=CONFIG]26872[/ATTACH]
When I run ESRIRegAsm.exe without a product I only see the Server to choose.

I´m not sure, but I think I installed ArcGIS for Desktop before I installed .NET 3.5.

Look in Control Panel under Programs and Features.  Does it list desktop as one of the installed programs?

The problem is this 64bit/32bit problematic
