So let's say I have a complex edge feature and a subid corresponding to a specific edge/junction within the complex edge, and I want to use the ClassID/OID/Subid combo to retrieve the corresponding element ID. Is there a relationship between the subid you get as an out parameter when using INetElements.QueryIDs() and the index of the IEnumNetEID collection when calling INetElements.GetEIDs()? I can't find any documentation on this.
