I see that post 10.1 Esri.defensesolutions is deprecated.
I'm not a very experienced coder but working on old 9.3 code trying to fix an issue with the military symbols.
What is the correct method and interface for placing a military 2525C icon passing in a 15 character symbol as an argument?
Most of the things I see in the API refer to the deprecated Esri.defensesolutions.dll.
Any help would be appreciated.
