We are converting mapobjects legacy application to ArcObjects based application. We are doing buffer operation on polygon.
1. What is algorithmic difference in buffering operations between MO and AO
2. I could see noticeable difference in buffer area value between ITopologicalOperator.Buffer and IConstructioNBuffer interface. What is basic difference between, on which situation, I need to use them?
Can anyone explain this basic funda for me?
