ArcGIS engine runtime install

I was surprised to see only one install for ArcGIS Engine.

Is this still an embeddable product? If so where is the runtime install? If I was to release an OEM product how would I install the runtime only?

If you download the Engine Developer Kit beta DVD, you'll get the Engine Runtime setup program and the different SDKs (.NET, JAVA, C++) install programs.
