arcgis 10 visual studio 2010 developer help doesn't work

you know how you can click in or highlight your interface like, IFeature, and hit F1 and it automatically opens up the developer help system? Well, mine doesn't work in VS2010 on W7. When I hit F1, my browser opens and tries to connect to
http://127.0.0.1:47873/help/1-5688/ms.help?product=VS&productVersion=100&method=f1&query=ESRI.ArcGIS...

it says connecting but nothing comes up. I found a workaround by going thru the start menu and opening up the 2008 developer help (2010 developer help thru start menu has the same problem as above).  Does anyone know how to fix the 2010 developer help + F1 key?
