I have a text file which contains 3lack records. I created a IElement then storing into database byusing IFeature.Store. As all knows it gives very low performance, Can any one tell best process to create annotation.
Createbuffer is gives better performance but how can set IFeatureBuffer.Shape = ???. I have an element and the geometry type is point so it gives exception error ( something missing here).
