Hi,
I have been scouring the forum and internet for a bit and cant seem to find something that was available in ArcMap 9.
I am looking to create an add-in which on starting ArcMap / MXD the Add-In loads and the user can then decide if they want to use it.
Is this at all possible?
I am still relatively new to the whole process and I am using vb.net.
Any thoughts / comments will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
