about line of sight

Hi,

I want to use line of sight and I have a problem.For Example I select an observer and a target and When I run this program, it is visible.But I want to learn nearest height on this road.(observer -> target) ?f height is smaller than 500 meter on road , this road should be invalid.How can I do this.(in .NET C#)

Can you please tell me how can you select an observer and then a target to get line of sight?
I'm searching for line of sight code in C# and still no chance 😞
