Hello any old timers out here? as I’m still using ArcGIS 10.8.1 running on Win 11 fine, however recently my symbol rotation stopped working has anyone any suggestions? I have set a multi-layer character marker symbol to display according to an integer rotation field in a point shape file. Have tried everything with no success, projection of data frame and layer is correct, have tried with simple filled arrow symbol. Cannot manually rotate the symbols by editing either. Opened an old mxd that had the same symbology and was working, but is also now reset with symbols snapped to 0 degrees i.e. north.
Something seems to have changed ‘under the hood' to no longer allow this functionality. Perhaps a Win 11 or driver update i don’t know off?
Any advice be great, thanks.
