Does anyone have any tips on installing ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 in Parallels on a Mac?
To start with, where should I install ArcGIS Desktop and the Licence Manager?
I tried installing them in the locations the installers chose automatically, but when I opened ArcMap I got a message saying that the Licence Manager can't be reached. They seemed to be installed in different folders.
Then I tried to uninstall ArcGIS Desktop, although it was still visible in my list of programs, so I don't think the uninstall worked.
When I tried to reinstall it in the same folder as the Licence Manager, I got the error message:
"Error 1606 Could not access network location NULLDesktop10.8"
