How to see a Portal/AGOL Feature layer in ArcMap

How can I drag and drop and see an AGOL feature layer in ArcMap?

In ArcMap, go to File->ArcGIS online and add it in via the popup possibly.

Thanks.  Is there a way to log into Portal?  The feature layer is located in Portal

Yeh, there's a handy way via ArcGIS Administrator:
'Add Portal Connections' section - Manage ArcMap portal connections—ArcMap | Documentation (arcgis.com)
signing in via arcmap will then list your portal content when configured via ArcGIS Administrator.
