Citrix causes a visualization issue in ArcMAP

Hi,

Our important customer runs ArcMAP 10.8.1 on a Citrix platform. Sometimes ArcMAP opens with this kind of white and grey spaces on top of the application.

Have you faced this kind of problems previously with anyone? Do you know if is this ArcMAP problem or if is this caused by Citrix? Do you have some ideas on how we could solve the problem?
