Hey guys,
I work with a number of projects, where I overlay property boundary shp over basemaps - I would like to adjust the transparency of the basemap to only highlight the subject site (basemap transparency 0%) and not the surrounding properties (basemap transparency 40%).
I am able to do this on AutoCAD, but I struggle to figure out a workflow for changing it on my ArcMap 10.7?
Attaching an example map created with AutoCAD of what i would like the final result to look like but done in ArcMap as it's our primary mapping tool.
Any suggestions?
