I have recently install arcgis web editor app on our portal system. The installation was successful but the app isn't showing up. User is a GIS Pro Advance with admin privs and we are license to use this feature. I looked in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps and there isn't any webeditor folder like the documentation states. The install is successful and nothing in the logs shows any type of errors. Not sure what's going on, any help appreciated.
