Where to file enhancement requests?

What is the best way to reach the developing team for Web AppBuilder with enhancement requests, like extended configuration possibilities. And report minor issues that I hardly would call a bug, like a text that isn't localized etc?
Is it here on GeoNet, ArcGIS Ideas, GitHub or my local tech support? or anything else?

2. ArcGIS Ideas
3. Geonet
4. Github if it is a resource shared through GitHub
