WebMaps do not work in IE 11

I am using ArcGIS for Server 10.2.2. My WebMaps were created using ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Developer Edition 2.4.

The WebMaps work good in these browsers: Internet Explorer 10, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox. 

But, when opened in IE II, I get an "Access Denied", I mean the WebMap opens, but just spins and spins and nothing happens, essentially it is frozen stuck in some sort of app open infinite loop.

This may be related to browser security requirements.  Take a look at whether your web map and supporting services are all http or https and whether the web site is a "trusted site".  Apparently IE11 has some more restrictive security requirements.  Make sure that everything is https if possible.
