I’ve taken over management of a webapp that my predecessor created with Web App Builder back in 2020. One of my users came to me saying that when she edits a point in the app using her number pad, it either zooms her out by one level or slightly moves her viewer in a random direction away from the point she is editing.
I couldn’t replicate the error on my computer, so I got her a new keyboard thinking the error was hardware related. When that didn’t work, I tried a whole laundry list of solutions that ranged from:
- Restarting her computer;
- Turning her browser extensions off;
- Verifying that her browser was up to date;
- Clearing her cache;
- Checking to see if numlock was off; and
- Adjusting label visibility
At this point other than updating her comp from Windows 10 ->11, I’m pretty lost as to what else I could check or adjust. Is it possible that her outdated OS is causing the issue (she’s on Windows 10)? Has anyone encountered this kind of issue before? And if so, how did you manage to fix it?
