I am wanting to put my organization's logo as part of the splash screen. No problem removing the esri world, but when I click on the add image button in the edit screen, nothing happens. I mean nothing happens. I have tried in both Google and Edge browsers. Same results. Has anyone else experienced this situation? Any suggestions?
