Select, Copy, and Paste feature in WebApp Builder

Does anyone know of a tool that allows a user to select a feature from one layer and copy it into a seperate layer? This functionally exists within the Collector App but I haven't found anything that will accomplish this within WebApp Builder.

No I haven't really found anything else about it. I've attempted to make a geoprocessing service to do it but didn't have much success.

I have this problem too, I keep getting my staff to do their edits in Collector which is a bit arduous. Clayton Cooley‌ have you considered putting this up on ArcGIS Ideas?
