Rogue Movement from Custom Widget Icon

Custom widget added to WAB simply moves away from it's docking location and does not return. Cannot figure out whats going on here. When I save the application and download the widget is in the correct place. Then after sometime the icon drops out of line with the other widgets. The custom app is an OnBase GISWebAPI, not sure if it matters.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you able to correct it?
