Problem with logging into ArcGIS Online Web Maps

Instead of a login prompt I get this message for non-public web maps that I'm publishing through Beta2:

Please sign in to access the item on ArcGIS Online (5309c0fbe76e41569fa92bb6719a4200)

These sites works with Beta1 and the Flex version !.   Any suggestions?

Perhaps I need to register the app first?
