Printing from Portal for ArcGIS Web AppBuilder doesn't show any cached layers

It has been working up until a little while ago, but my cached tile imagery doesn't show up on any of the PDF generation in the printing widget. I have set it as my basemap, as well as tried it as a separate layer.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Turns out I had moved the original image file, and when I republished the image cache, it worked fine again.

I am having same issue. Could you please bit elaborate how you managed to resolve this? I didn't understand what you mean.
