How would I add this basemap into ArcGIS Online

The code is gives me is:

Would I add it as tiles or as an arcgis web service?

Is it possible at all?

   This is how I got it added:

  Choose Add > Add Layer from Web > A Tiled Layer >

URL: https://{subDomain}.tiles.mapbox.com/v3/modilabs.map-mn6m9gre/{level}/{col}/{row}.png

Use as Basemap: true

Title: your choice

Credits: whatever

Subdomains: a,b,c
