Having multiple pop-up elements display correctly when published from ArcGIS Pro
Hello, I am having issues when publishing a map image, where multiple pop-up elements are not correctly displaying when configured in ArcGIS Pro and published to ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
The text pop-up in configured with a hyperlink that takes the selected features identifier field as a URL parameter. But when published to Enterprise portal, the pop-up only shows the text with the fields being invisible, as the image below.
Does map viewer classic support multiple element pop-ups to allow both the URL and field list? Or is there another method or workaround I can use to get this functionality? The map is for use in WebApp Builder as we are currently on Enterprise 10.8, so web map viewer classic is the only option.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
