Export features as MapImageLayer

Hi

I'm trying to export a MapImageLayer by passing a definition expression to the layer.where the definition expression will contain huge query data to get back the features as MapImageLayer.

I want the exported MapImageLayer to be visible at all scale ranges irrespective of the original layer visible scale range properties.

I tried with setting minScale and maxScale through java script but no luck.

Is there any way to overcome this problem by overriding these properties of the layer.

Note: the original layer should not get affected.
