Customers are asking if there is a possibility to rotate the map that is used in a Web App Builder application for Portal for ArcGIS, so that they can print a rotated map.
Rotation a webmap in Portal would make this possible. This would make it easer for users to make such an export. Now they have to use a layout from ArcGIS Pro, which is not that easy to make for the novice GIS end-users at my client.
