For Web AppBuilder Dashboard Theme, it would be good to be able to control the header size / position in the 'Modify layout' window. At the very least add the ability to resize the header (out-of-the-box) - similar to Operations Dashboard; small, medium, large.
The current work-around may be to use an 'About' widget...
