Web AppBuilder Group Filter Multiple Fields Select Values

I am having a difficult time convincing our web app developers to use Web AppBuilder because of they want more user friendly filters for the public. They are currently using Google API and fusion tables. We would like to move them to web AppBuilder so we can easily maintain our apps moving forward. I have another post for having and updated attribute table filter but it would also be nice for one of the query, filter or search tools to do something similar. Here was my idea for the Group Filter widget:
