WAB filter widget - always open

It would be useful if the filter widget could be configured to always remain open.

I'm working on a park finder app and would like the user to always see what layers they have filtered.  If the filter closes, the user has no easy way to know what they've got filtered.

Agree. Perhaps it could have an icon in the layer list and when you hover it would display the SQL to summarize the filter in a tool tip or popup bubble.
