Selection buffer smart editor

Great tool the smart editor widget.

But what I miss is a possibility to define a buffer around my pointer so that it is more easy to find the desired object to edit.

Can this be added to this very useful widget?

This capability is available in the General Settings of the Smart Editor widget configuration and is aligned with the capability provided in the Edit widget.
