Screening Widget Shapefile Download Modified to Allow Change in Coordinate System Upon Export

Modify the WAB Screening Widget to allow change in coordinate system for exported shapefiles. 

While this would be most helpful as a modification to the existing WAB "Select" widget, too many steps are required by users to get the exported shapefile downloaded to a user's pc. 

The existing WAB Screening Widget currently allows for shapefile download to pc using the fewest steps. Modifying that widget to allow change in coordinate system for exported features as shapefiles would reduce further steps to reproject export later in Pro. 

Most of our users can quickly grasp the concepts of using Field Maps and associated WAB web maps. Further steps requiring use of ArcGIS Pro are often beyond their time and expertise.
