Labels on images/maps while using the swipe widget

I am helping my school's research by displaying data and images regarding stormwater management. I came across an idea that could be implemented onto the Web App Builder that can better the app I am creating. As of now, I cannot find a way to create labels on the swipe widget. My application compares the same aerial image over different years. That being said, it is hard to tell which image is which. I think it would be incredibly beneficial to have a label feature for the swipe widget to have to help with the confusion.

I'm going to need a similar feature for the multi-year/multi-date mosaic dataset that I'm currently working on.  I'm surprised that this isn't already included as part of the swipe tool.  GREAT idea, hannahggarcia!
