Enable the possibility to select all/deselect all layers in the Layer widget configuration.

In the Layer widget, all layers are automatically selected at startup of configuring. When you have a webmap with a lot of layers, but only want to include a few layers, it is quite a job to deselect all the non-relevant layers. Which also duplicates and increases when you add more layer widgets.
