Enable Pop-up by default for map services added using WAB Add Data Tool

Map services added to the layer list widget from the Add Data Widget in Web Appbuilder (WAB) has its pop-up disable by default.  This results in an additional step for my users to have to navigate to the layer list widget and enable pop-up.  Please enhance the Add Data Widget to enable the pop-up of added layers by default.
