Enable user to change the selection color in web app builder from the cyan color when selecting features.

This is available when configuring the Select widget in Web AppBuilder:

It is also now available for the Map widget in Experience Builder:

I believe there will be no further implementations of this functionality in Web AppBuilder at this time.
