AGOL WAB Query Widget - Reorder Filters

It's very annoying to have to remove 5 filters, insert a new one in the stack, add the 5 filters back -- simply to preserve some semblance of a logical progression or common order (that is used across many layers in a dataset and many queries).

Would like the ability to move filters up and down in the tiny window.

Related to this, it would be great if we could resize the little tiny window so that we could see more and have more room to work on and organize our queries.
