Viewer for Silverlight- Installation

I installed the viewer as shown in the help document, but I keep getting the following error, any suggestions would be helpful.

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://gis-12-0041/Builder/Default.aspx

The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for gis-12-0041
The dnsserver returned:

Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Hi Annie,

Unfortunately this sounds like something may not be configured correctly on your computer/IP. Can you have your IT dept. look into the error? It looks like a DNS error, possibly, so you might have luck searching on the internet.
