Can you tell me which tool specifically you are trying to configure? Not all tools are configurable, in which case the Configure button will be dimmed/unavailable.

Katy, All of the tools were this way. So i just uninstalled and reinstalled and now they are working just fine. So I am unsure to why it was acting the way it was.
