Hi everybody .. I want to bring back a subject that is been around for a while, how can I change the look & and feel of the toolbar? .. If it is not possible,
how can I implement a custom one and use it as the actual toolbar (ex. MainToolBar)?
Maybe someone already solve it and want to share, or someone from ESRI please.
