Measure.tool.Addin.zip not working

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded the measure tool addin. when i am adding this to my silverlight viewer it is not adding instead it is showing some error message of

"[ReflectionTypeLoad_LoadFailed] Arguments: Debugging resource strings are unavailable. Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. I am new to this silverlight and infact not a developer. if anyone can help me out of this, it will be highly appreciated.
