Add-ins to plot multiple (x,y) points,

I have posted similar thread multiple times before.

I�??m wondering if there is an Add-in tool that can plot single/multiple (x,y) points in the Silverlight (viewer). It would be great if the tool is managed to zoom to the target (x,y) point(s)
