Add-In Won't Work!

Hello,

Can anyone help me?

I produced the AddGraphics AddIn using the ArcGIS API for Silverlight (xaml and code behind) in Visual Studio Express.

Below is the V Studio File;

This is the result:

The problem is that when I add the AddIn to my ArcGIS Silverlight Viewer through settings, it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

I have seen the same thing in the past. How to fix it: not sure.
What I have done was to start a clean new application and include the code I had. Rebuild and deploy
Clean your browser cache, restart IIS (or web server). And if that still doesn't work, restart the machine
