I am trying to pass a lat/lon in decimal deg into the Viewer using the URL parameter of Center=xxxx,-xxxxx and Scale= xxxxx.
The URL values are coming from another application and can not be converted there, so I need to understand and adjust the values from GeographicTowebMercator. Just no sure what/where the code tweeking needs to occur from within the Viewer.
