Search result table displays broken image

I switched my config file to display the result as a hyperlink.  That works, but now in the table of the search result, a broken image appears.  I can't seem to find anywhere this is referencing an image...  See attachment.

   Strange that you ra into this when using App Builder... The Search widget is looking for the w_link.png in the assets\images folder.

Thank you for that piece of info!

I am using the image asset folder from a legacy map that someone created who has now left.  That image was blown away.

What is the pixel dimensions of the typical image that goes there?
