I am using Flex Builder 3 with SDK 3.4 and I am using ArcGIS 9.3.1 for creating my maps. I will be using either ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 or 10 for my services. If I am correct ArcGIS API for Flex is built into the viewer, I would assume the version of the API is 1.1, would I require this on my system?
For development and testing, I will be probably be using it on my local machine running Windows XP pro. Do I need VM software, Windows Server 2003 & web services software on my machine as well?
Can I do this with just installing ArcGIS Server?
