Query Widget date and time display

If I try to display a date field using the query widget the date displays fine, but the time displays wrong.  Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks.

I went into arcmap and enabled time.  The minutes and seconds display correctly, but the hour is 5 hours late.  I am in central time zone.  I set the time zone on the feature but this did not fix my problem.  Any suggestions?

Yes.  Go to the properties of the feature in the ArcMap project that you are using for the service and go to the time tab and enable time on the feature.
