Here is an odd situation:
I have the query widget configured to work with a bunch of webcams. Everything was fine while building the application on my local computer. The issue arose when I uploaded the project to the server - all of a sudden the popups only displayed the image when viewed with firefox. IE, chrome and opera would not display the image. However, you could click where the image was supposed to be in the popup and it would take you to the url....BUT...the webpage shows a '403 Forbidden' error - now here is the interesting part - hitting the refresh button in the browser does nothing, but clicking in the url address bar and then hitting enter will then bring up the image.
I changed my flash settings and global settings - but no change. Then I realized that flash settings should be cross browser settings anyways, correct? I wish I could figure this out because now I have to have a warning on my webcam widget to let people know they need firefox for it to work...
