PopUp info order for overlapping features pre-release 3

My mapservice has three polygon feature classes.  In many cases, two or more polygons overlap each other.  If I click on these "overlapping" polygons the popup window comes up displaying the information specified in the popup config files.

I am using the pre-relase 3 version of the API, and the popup window will display the results from one layer, then allow me to toggle between layer info with the Next/Prev buttons.  All is working great, however, it seems to pick it's own order as to which layers info is displayed first, second, third, etc.

Is there a way to "fix" the order of the layers as displayed in the popup window (the order that the next/prev buttons toggle through)?

Basically, the "top" layer is the most important, and if I click on it, it will either grab the middle or bottom layer first.

Hope this makes sense,

I would also like to know the answer to this.  I first thought it was the object id number, but it isn't and appears to be randomly ordering the records.
